The Contributor Covenant's own license is also not listed in the canonical text.

The way I read the CC BY 4 page, you MUST "provide a link to the license".


Edited to reflect the only issue relevant to this repo. We answered our question about which licenses to include in our repo and how by rereading the REUSE specification 3.3.
