Bug description

Whenever console executes command "/tpr world {player}" or world_nether, world_the_end name is not matter at all, just does nothing.

Steps to reproduce

Console executes "tpr world chatillon7"
Nothing happens

Expected behaviour

Console executes "tpr world chatillon7"
Teleports chatillon7 random location in world

Actual behaviour

Nothing HAPPENS AT ALL
