[Suggestion] Loan Signs

Hello Devs,
I have simple suggestion to Economy Signs. We already know the existing trade, buying, selling signs, but I think it would be really cool to implement loans signs as well. In fact, players would be able to place a sign and offer loans to other players. Sign example:

[Loan]
nickname
$5500
3 days (5% fee)

Players can take the loan, 5500 will be deducted from the balance of 'nickname' and the player who took the loan, has 3 days deadline to give the money back (with 5% fee for example would be cool as well, so that players also can earn money from lending money out?)
This would be really cool feature, I hope you could implement this in the future!
