Tweak to /info colors

In the default essentials info.txt, there is a colors section which includes the following:

This resource is surprisingly useful, especially in cases where all players have nodes such as essentials.signs.color.
That said, essx recently added HEX color support, and that format is not reflected in the default info.txt.

I think the ideal fix for that would be adding a second page (info colors 2) to the colors section... something like this:

That said, this probably isn't just a text PR as I doubt we can just use an external closed-source link.
Someone would probably need to make an open source alternative to hexpicker, and host a copy of that on essentialsx.net.
