The ISO standards were reviewed in: https://zenodo.org/records/10723608

Some valuable metrics:

Coupling Metrics: Coupling Between Objects (CBO), Afferent Coupling (Ca), Efferent Coupling (Ce) etc
Cohesion Metrics: Lack of Cohesion of Methods (LCOM), Tight Class Cohesion (TCC) etc
Structural Complexity Metrics: Cyclomatic Complexity (CC), Depth of Inheritance Tree (DIT), Number of Interfaces per Module etc.
