Backup & Restore #1914

My goal is to have a backup / restore script - I already have it:
https://github.com/scriptPilot/dokploy-server

But I am not so confident to do it right, especially with the restoration.

Would be great if you guys could take a look on it.

I will keep it public as it might be helpful.
