Describe the bug
The higlight project modal only dissapears when the user clicks on cancel and not outside of the modal.

To Reproduce

Log in as an admin
Open up a project, click the cogwheel.
On popup click higlight settings.
Try to click outside the modal. It does not work.

Expected behavior
The modal should close and the settings should not be saved when clicked out.
