I am also having the same issue. I have tried to restart, I have tried to white list Digibyte in my anti virus. I have uninstalled my anti virus, and have also uninstalled Digibyte and tried to do the previous version. All of these result in failing to open after block indexing completes. |

I may have found a solution, though it has not fully played out yet. In your search bar in your tool bar at the bottom of your windows desktop, type Digibyte. If something called "Digibyte Core (testnet)", or a variation of that, run it as administrator and it should get you past the indexing process. Then you can either set up a new wallet or access a previously created wallet. |

I don't think this is a real solution. It allows me to open the wallet but the testnet is not a legitimate wallet that uses real Digibyte. So I am still unable to open v8.22.2 after it loads fully the block indexing. @JaredTate can you help? |

Ok got this from the support line: Open a file explorer and in the address bar type %appData%\DigiByte then delete the blocks and indexes folders if they exist. Install the newest wallet and start it up if you haven't already. But check it out yourself and run through the prompts for your particular issue: https://dgbsupport.digiassetx.com/#start Doing this got me past the block indexing and it opened back up my wallet so I could get access. |

I tried installing the latest version of Digibyte on my computer and the Indexing process aborts at 90%. Happened multiple times on this computer. Win 10 Pro V 2009 The rest of the specifications are below. Can you advise on how to get installed? (Oh, and I already turned windows antivirus off)
