Multy computers

I have downloaded a DGB node on my desktop computer, and want to put it on my laptop, do I download it again or can I copy it to my laptop?

be sure that the current digibyte core if not running on the one node, and then copy the Blocks and Chainstate folders from your digibyte home directory (its a different location depending on your computers OS) to the same location on the new computer (you have to have digibyte core also installed there as well.

Now if I can be completely honest, I have NEVER been able to get it to work this way, and have had to sync the blockchain on each node independently...but from what I've read, it's supposed* to work this way.
