Hi,
I have created a semantic ui based version of the boilerplate instead of bootstrap. you can find it here - https://github.com/foysalit/meteor-boilerplate/tree/semantic-ui
Let me know if you're interested in merging it with this repo. I am not exactly familiar with git contribution flow so I might need some pointers regarding what I may need to do from my end to send a pull request for a new branch only.
