Devices show up correctly after implementing this fix, but the Game output just "crackles" while Chat output works fine. #1

I seem to recall having a similar issue in Windows, but I don't recall a fix other than it going away on its own after rebooting. Has anyone else reported anything similar, or are there any logs I could give you that might help debug the issue?

Note: Installed from source as described in the Readme on OpenSUSE Tumbleweed.

Since this profile is only configuration and not an actual driver, it probably hasn't got anything to do with your issue. It works fine for me and I haven't heard about this problem from anyone else.

Also since you've said you've had the same problem in Windows, my guess would be that your hardware might be faulty in some way.

You could however try updating your kernel, pulseaudio and/or alsa. But if that has no effect, it probably is a good idea to check with Steelseries support: https://support.steelseries.com/hc/en-us
