#### Why I did it
To optimize SerDes SI values for SN5600 and SN5610N.

#### How I did it
On the Mellanox platform only, I updated the media_settings.json file for SN5600 (and for SN5610N, whose media_settings.json file is a symbolic link to SN5600’s).

Manual testing.
