No indication of how website issues are tracked

Finding how issues of this component/project/website are tracked is relatively difficult. This is due to issue #219 , but also to the absence of any indication on issue tracking in the website. Failure to even mention the project's unexpected name in the website complicates things.

I recommend to add a link to this ITS on the homepage.
