All the current code in the repository is using Flutter 3.22.2 and we have had several major upgrade to flutter since then. The project is also using older versions of Gradle, Kotlin and all of the libraries.
I believe it is high time to upgrade the codebase to the latest Flutter versions as this

  • Onboard new contributors who are using recent flutter versions quicker.
  • Take advantage of recent security updates as well as vulnerability patches.
  • Replace deprecated code and support a wider number of devices.

@Mayank4352 I believe the project maintainers have some different plans. I have already raised this issue and fixed it. You can see it here #714
