Custom audio profiles

At time the audio input and output device can be set to a fixed value.

It would be nice to see a possibility to choose between at least two different audio profiles. For example "Headset", "Open Listening", etc. Each option should be configurable with its own input and output device. Finally the used profile should be switchable on the call screen.
