IPv4 support missing--no IPv4 traffic

I just spent a great deal of time researching all of the pre-reqs and compiling "linphone6," the 6.0.0 alpha.

Monitoring,using tcpdump, linphone6 generates no IPv4 traffic.

Starting linphone6 with --verbose displays the client attempting IPv6 repeatedly. It also shows IPv4 information but nothing is transmitted (# tcpdump -an dst serverIPaddress).

I did disable ldap for the 2nd cmake command and documented the libldap issue #850

Any help would be sincerely appreciated!
