Why I did it

Add dependences in saiserver docker

How I did it

  • install libboost-atomic1.71.0 which is dependent by thrift 0.11
  • add gdb
  • replace the dep install script with a function

How to verify it

deploy it on broadcom device with sonic in version 202012
run saiserver docker and run test from ptf

Which release branch to backport (provide reason below if selected)

  • 201811
  • 201911
  • 202006
  • 202012
  • 202106

Thrift only upgraded in 202012 and 202106

can you open pr for master branch? we always require the pr against master branch and then backport.
