We need to change from functionscdn.azureedge.net to cdn.functions.azure.com

In this repo, this is primarily done through this tooling configuration:

azure-functions-templates/Tools/CheckResourceStrings/CheckResourceStrings/FunctionsConstants.cs

Line 32 in 559a43f

public const string DefaultExtensionBundleSourceUri = "https://functionscdn.azureedge.net/public";
