[Bug]: Secure safe stethoscope doesn't give sounds

Describe the issue

On the abandoned industrial station I had a stethoscope and attempted to open the secure safe, having the -scope in my left hand. There was atmospheric pressure, but I couldn't "hear" any of the sounds necessary to crack the safe.

How to reproduce

1. Bring a stethoscope to a secure safe
2. Try to open it
3. Either you hear the sounds or you don't

Might be the same issue as #20233, but I do not know if floor safes and secure safes use the same code.

Confirmed, they do use the same code, same bug.
