Hello,

sending message with cyrillic characters and they are all malformed (every character is displayed as question mark).

Environment setup:

Windows Terminal with UTF-8 encoding (chcp 65001);
Latest Java 21 (Oracle JDK);

Command
signal-cli.bat send -g sKagXDkBWEMNYXK1GUOff5TULZtCy5dhW1vEBJt1ns= -m "привіт"
Result in the group:

#1149 (reply in thread) didn't help.
Digits or eng characters are fine.
