Hello!
Please consider adding HaGeZi's "Encrypted DNS Servers only" blocklist to private Adguard DNS. The HaGeZi's "DoH/VPN/TOR/Proxy Bypass" blocklist, for my use case, blocks to much. I only need to block encrypted DNS servers.

For users who want to maintain control in their network with DNS blocking, but sometimes need a VPN (to bypass geo blocking for some content, to avoid social media blocks, for streaming...). To block devices/ programs with hard-coded domain dns.
