Cleaning all Team repositories

• identify Repositories to be archived
• identify Repos to clean
• check issues for cleaning related topics and mark as cleaning label
• clean/organise/structure the Repo incl. the Readme.md
• check issues and add lables e.g. like these:

And some should be finalised but just minimal, such as the magnet light or other forms of repos, that are no longer in use and will be finished for the ASKnet Open Training Community for now

and it's also a good idea to check each participants profile, as there we have lot's of repositories we might fork over, clean up a little and add to the documentation of Track II
