Merge branch 'move_all' - The great split!

This is the moment where 2BNB Extras is being split into 2BNB
Essentials, 2BNB Extras, 2BNB Factions and 2BNB Music. This is mostly
for the reason of retaining our quality of life features (now living in
2BNB Essentials) whilst also reducing the number of mods we depend on.

  Clean up - Gear: Standardised naming and classnames, including prefix
  Meh - tab change
  Merged - combat_unf into surpat_gear
  Moved - Surpat Gear: from the "Surpat" addon in 2BNB Factions
  Clean up - Standardised classnames & CfgPatches
  Fixed - NORSOF equipment not showing in Arsenal
  Cleaned up - Converted all spaces to tabs & removed double spaces
  Changed - Supply Crates: Hand signal flares to Signal pistol flares
  Fixed/Removed - Incorrect prefix & 2BNB Essentials dependency
  Moved - Maps: to 2BNB Essentials since some joint ops will require it
  Fixed - Gear: a bunch of dependency/inheritance issues
  Added - Maps: Virolahti renames for Virolahti (China) map
  Fixed - Dependencies: Some no longer needed, some newly added/fixed
  Fixed - Missing dependency declarations & PBOPREFIX error
  Fixed - HK416 sounds config errors
  Removed - Chernarus Winter Grid coordinate fix
  Changed - Prefix from `bnb_e` to `bnb_ex` to distinguish from Essentials
  Moved - Supply Crates back to Extras from 2BNB Essentials
  Removed - screenshots tool since it's only needed in 2BNB Factions
  Moved - 4 addons to a new mod named "2BNB Essentials"
