With #236 we are adding a SpecialRustType::DateTime and the required support for Go, Python, and JS. The Kotlin, Swift, and Scala implementations are not fully fleshed out and just kept functionality as if passing it through type mappings for backwards compatibility. This issue is to track the support for the three languages.
