astro check: ensure asset import resolution

This produces an error:

import MyComponent from '@components/NoSuchFile.astro'

$ pnpm astro check
error ts(2307): Cannot find module '@components/NoSuchFile.astro' or its corresponding type declarations.

But this doesn't:

import logo from '@assets/NoSuchFile.svg';

Rollup does catch that:

$ pnpm build
08:29:21 [ERROR] [vite] ✗ Build failed in 328ms
[vite]: Rollup failed to resolve import "@assets/NoSuchFile.svg" from "/path/to/project/src/components/Welcome.astro".

I'd love to be able to catch that before build.
