#include <crypto/algapi.h> needs to be added in rev4.c for kernel 6.8

You are amazing! I am an intermediate Linux user and was able to successfully recover an encrypted disk!
Due to my newer hardware, I ended up on the current build of Pop!_OS 22.04 LTS. I could not get rev4.c to build. A savvy engineer friend suggested adding #include <crypto/algapi.h> . It worked!

Thanks for letting me know about the new kernel. If anyone else runs into the same problem, I will tell them and update the file(s). For now, I cannot test it with my old system.
