Upgrade to wicket-bootstrap 0.10.0#44

Due to #42 and #43, and that v0.10.0's de.agilecoders.wicket.core.markup.html.references.JQueryPluginUrlResourceReference is not backwards compatible, we need to bump the soluvas-web version (branching the current to informal "maintenance" branch), while also upgrading all Bippo & Quikdo projects.
