• 0.2 Minor stability release

  The goal of this release is mainly to increase rest-layer stability by fixing bugs and perform smaller changes. When rest-layer `v0.2` is out, the Breaking changes list should be updated, and all rs/rest-layer-* storage backends should be tagged with `v0.2` as well, so that all `v0.2` storage backends can be used with rest-layer `v0.2`.
