Support for Survival Analysis in Python

Hi, I noticed some recent commits added support for survival analysis.

It would be great if the python library was updated to support using that.

thank you for noticing :)

Python support for survival analysis is planned right once the C++ support is finished. I'll leave this open until support has been added.
