Teal annotations for Defold API

According to defold/defold#8284 (comment) Teal will be available for building together with bob.
So it would be nice to implement the generation of Teal annotations on the same pipeline.

• Official example of annotations for libs.
• An outdated example of API implementation for Love2D.
