Bot commits tzdb update once per day #204
Description
It seems like some automation is creating one commit each day around 3am UTC to update tzdb from 2025agtz to 2025bgtz. These commits are linked to PR #203. Each such commit causes the previous bot commit to become orphaned, i.e. not part of a branch.
This seems to happen since at least end of March.
