Optimize Gradle build

Dockerfile currently shows this :
` Starting a Gradle Daemon, 1 incompatible and 1 stopped Daemons could not be reused, use --status for details`

Can we modify the gradle commands to make sure the same deamon is reused. This should improve the build time greatly
