Feature Request: Multiple squadmate merge files in one mod

An example with squad mate merge feature: right now its possible to have one .sqm file per installation. This leads to having to do multiple copies of this one .sqm file in different variations if one wants to separate different squad mate outfits behind install options in one mod.

It would be nice if it was possible to have multiple files instead, requirement for this could be for example only the extension .sqm but any file name which would allow mods to install outfit1.sqm, outfit2.sqm etc separately from mod install options that mod manager could then process together.
