mtls-auth Plugin - Support for TCP Protocol

Hello,

I have a use case which requires mTLS connections to Kong using the TCP protocol. I found the mtls-auth plugin; however, I noticed that the plugin only supports grpc, grpcs, http, and https protocols at this time. Would it be possible to add TCP support to this plugin?
