Proxy settings

Hello there,

A very nice improvement would be to allow the user to setup the proxy configuration for **Kaku**, regarding of the _OS_.

It should be possible to use the _OS_ proxy configuration or to specify a custom configuration with the following fields :
- **Host** : Simple text field with a URL regexp
- **Username** : Simple text field
- **Password** : Protected text field
