Telegram channel RSS does not include posts containing quote blocks (not replies)

Hi!
Thank you for your great work on RSSHub.

When using the /telegram/channel/:username route, if a Telegram post contains a quote block (for example, a highlighted or blockquoted section inside the message), that entire post is missing from the RSS feed.
This is not about reply messages, but about posts that include a quoted block within the same message.
Other posts appear correctly, but if a post contains such a quote block, it does not show up in the RSS at all.
I am using my own Telegram API credentials and have tried all the include* parameters, but the issue remains.

This isn't an intentional limitation, but currently, when using the Telegram API (with your own credentials), the code path for /telegram/channel/:username doesn't handle quoted (reply) messages—so those posts are missing from the RSS feed. The web-scraping route (t.me/s/...) does include quoted messages, but the API-based handler lacks the logic to detect and render them. There's no configuration or include* parameter that can fix this right now; adding support would require a code enhancement to process and display quoted messages from the API response. For now, there's no workaround if you need to use the API-based route.

My problem is not with reply messages, but with posts that contain a quoted block (like a blockquote or highlighted text inside the message, as shown in the attached screenshot).
If a Telegram post contains such a quote block, the entire post is missing from the RSS feed.

This is not a reply to another message, but a single post that contains a quoted section.
