My phone was recently stolen, and unfortunately, I lost access to both the email address and phone number linked to my Instagram account. Because of this, I cannot reset my password or receive any recovery codes.

I tried using the “Get help logging in” and “Need more help?” options in the app, but I am not getting the option for video selfie verification. The Help Center page is also not working properly—it keeps opening a new tab without loading anything useful.
Even if the selfie video verification link arrives, when I click on it, it asks for the previous password. When I enter the previous password, it asks me for a code, and that code is sent to the number that was in my stolen phone, which I no longer have access to. So this is the issue I am facing.
