Description
#21 also removed any tool-tips, as they were specifically a part of the commit-promotion tab (which got removed). As tool-tips can be useful, especially for the 2 different behaviors of the commit-deletion introduced in #25 (see #25 (comment)), we might want to add those back.
The tool tips could be added...
- ...either to the commit-promotion and -deletion windows
- ...or to the footer bar (showing them for a certain time after opening the promotion/deletion, or show them until they are closed)
